오늘의 중등문법에서는 평서문의 화법 전환 (직접화법 -> 간접화법) 을 배워 보려고 합니다.

[중등 문법] 평서문의 화법 전환 (직접화법 -> 간접화법)

say -> say

예) He said, "I love you" (그는 말했다 "널 사랑해")

-> He said that he loves me. (그는 그가 나를 사랑한다고 말했다)

say to -> tell

예) He said to me, "I will go there" (그는 내게 말했다 "나는 거기 갈거야")

-> He told me that he would go there. (그는 내게 말했다. 그는 거기 갈 것이라고)

인용부호 -> that

예) She said "I want everything" (그녀는 말했다 "난 모든 것을 원해")

-> She said that she wants everything. (그녀는 그녀가 모든 것을 원한다고 말했다)

동사 일치시키기

예) He said to me, "I will protect you." (그는 내게 말했다. "내가 너를 지켜줄게")

-> He told me that he would protect me. (그는 내게 말했다 그가 나를 지켜 줄 것이라고)

 

 

this -> that

예) She said, "this is really good!" (그녀는 말했다. "이거 정말 맛있어")

-> She said that that was really good. (그녀는 말했다 그것 정말 맛있었다고)

these -> those

예) He said to me, "these things are not important to me"
(그는 내게 말했다 "이러한 것들은 내게 중요하지 않아")

-> He told me that those things were not important to him.
(그는 내게 말했다 그러한 것들은 그에게 중요하지 않다고)

here -> there

예) She said "He will be here soon" (그녀는 말했다 "그는 곧 여기 올꺼야")

-> She said that he would be there soon. (그녀는 말했다 그는 곧 거기 올 것이라고)

now -> then

예) She said, "I'm late now" (그녀는 말했다 "나 지금 늦었어")

-> She said that she was late then. (그녀는 말했다 그녀는 그 때 늦었다고)

 

 

ago -> before

예) He said to us, "I bought a house two days ago"
(그는 우리에게 말했다 "이틀 전 난 집을 샀어")

-> He told us that he had bought a house two days before.
(그는 우리에게 말했다 그가 이틀 전에 집을 샀었다고)

today -> that day

예) She said to everyone, "We have test today" (그녀는 모두에게 말했다 "우리는 오는 시험이 있어")

-> She told everyone that they had test that day. (그녀는 모두에게 말했다 그들은 그 날 시험이 있다고)

tonight -> that night

예) I said, "He will come tonight" (나는 말했다 "그는 오늘 밤에 올거야")

-> I said that he would come that night. (나는 그가 그날 밤 올 것이라고 말했다)

last night -> the night before

예) She said to me, "I had a great time last night"
(그녀는 나에게 말했다. "어제는 정말 즐거웠어")

-> She told me that she had had a great time the night before.
(그녀는 내게 말했다 그 전날은 정말 즐거웠다고)

 

 

yesterday -> the day before / the previous day

예) He said, "I was so busy yesterday" (그는 말했다 "어제는 정말 바빴어")

-> He said that he had been so busy the day before. (그는 그 전날 매우 바빴었다고 말했다)

tomorrow -> the next day / the following day

예) Mom said, "We will go picnic tomorrow" (엄마가 말했다 "우리 내일 소풍갈거야")

-> Mom said that we would go picnic the next day. (엄마는 우리가 다음 날 소풍 갈 것이라고 말했다)

next week -> the next week / the following week

예) Teacher said "I will see you next week" (선생님이 말했다 "다음주에 보자꾸나")

-> Teacher said that she would see us the next week. (선생님은 그 다음주에 보자고 말했다)
